These draft terms govern access to the Jurix website, waitlist, communications, and any future services that link to these terms.

By using Jurix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This draft is pending legal review and may change before the service is generally available.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Jurix may restrict access by location, risk profile, verification status, or applicable law.

You must provide accurate information, keep account and device access secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised activity. Never share private keys or wallet recovery phrases with Jurix.

Jurix is developing a WhatsApp-led interface for requesting information and interacting with supported crypto-to-naira flows. Available assets, payment methods, limits, features, and geographic coverage may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date.

Displayed rates and calculator values may be estimates. A transaction is not final until Jurix presents final terms and confirms acceptance through the applicable flow.

• Quotes may expire or change with market and liquidity conditions.
• Network, payment-provider, or service fees may apply.
• Processing times depend on verification, blockchain confirmation, banking systems, and third-party providers.
• Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once broadcast or confirmed.
• Jurix may reject, delay, cancel, or limit a request for legal, security, liquidity, risk, or operational reasons.

You are responsible for checking asset, network, wallet, payment, and recipient details before confirming a transaction.

Crypto assets can be volatile and may lose value. Transactions may be affected by network congestion, protocol changes, wallet errors, cyber incidents, regulation, liquidity, and third-party failures.

Jurix does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Information on the website is general information and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset.

You may not use Jurix to:

• Break a law, sanction, court order, or third-party right.
• Commit fraud, money laundering, theft, or deceptive activity.
• Use another person’s identity, account, bank details, or assets.
• Interfere with, probe, scrape, overload, or bypass the service.
• Distribute malware or attempt unauthorised access.
• Misrepresent your location, source of funds, or transaction purpose.

Jurix may depend on messaging platforms, blockchains, wallets, payment providers, identity services, market-data providers, and other third parties. Their services may be unavailable or subject to separate terms. Jurix does not control third-party systems.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Jurix, including waitlist access, supported assets, limits, or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.

Jurix and its associated branding, software, content, and designs are owned by Jurix or its licensors. You may use the service only for its intended purpose and may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law permits it.

To the extent permitted by law, Jurix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or transaction outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Jurix and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost assets, or losses caused by third-party systems or user error.

Jurix may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate risk, or enforce these terms. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without consent; Jurix may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or business transaction.
